Obituary for Adelle Clevens (Chaleltzky)

Adelle Clevens, 88, of Viera, FL, passed away Sunday April 30, 2017. She was born February 19, 1929 in Lynn, MA to David and Frances Chalelzky. She leaves her sons, Scott Clevens of Manhattan, NY and Dr. Ross Clevens of Indian Harbour Beach, FL; grandsons, Bernard Clevens of Denver, CO and Max Clevens of Charleston, SC; daughter in law, Dani Lyn Weinstein Clevens of Merritt Island, FL; sister, Charlotte Rubin of Newton, MA.

Adelle grew up in Lynn, MA and had resided in Boca Raton, FL, Boston, Sherborn, and Wellesley, MA. She was formerly trained as an artist at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, MA. She was passionate about the arts, antiques, and enjoyed traveling. She was a special loving mother and dedicated wife. She married Bernard Clevens in 1948 in Roxbury, MA. Bernard passed in 1987 at the age of 61.

Adelle will rest aside her husband in Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA. Please do not send flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Hadassah, The Women's Zionist Organization of America (www.hadassah.org). Online condolences may be left at www.beachfuneralhome.com.
